traac provides a platform for URL shortening, QR code generation, link-in-bio page creation, and analytics tracking (collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using traac, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. traac is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Service to create links, QR codes, or pages that direct to or contain:
- Phishing, malware, or scam websites.
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- Illegal gambling or betting sites.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence.
- Illegal substances or weapons.
- Any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to disable any link or account that violates these policies without prior notice.
6. Fees and Payments
Pricing: Certain features of the Service are offered for a fee. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Because we offer a free tier to test the Service, we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused service.
Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process payments. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation or deletion of your account, your data is immediately and permanently wiped from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall traac be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
